h(-6)=36+24+7
h(3)=9-12+7
h(3)-h(-6)=27+36=63
rate of change= 63/(3-(-6))=7
h(3)=9-12+7
h(3)-h(-6)=27+36=63
rate of change= 63/(3-(-6))=7
