A set of dominoes has 28 dominos. There are 7 dominos called doubles with the same number of dots on each end. If Sara and Jake each take a rein picking domino at random and replacing it. What is the probability that they will both pick a double?

Since the dominoes are returned, the events are independent.
Prob(both doubles) = (7/28)(7/28) = 1/16
