I don't remember a single conversion factor to do this but some factor I know. Just use the ones you know.
There are 12 inches in a foot.
There are 2.54 cm in an inch
There are 1000 cc in a liters. Those should do it. I will get you started.
Convert ft^3 to inches^3.
1.5ft^3 x (12 in/ft)^3 x ((2.54cm/in)^3 x Lfactor.
The first factor converts to cubic inches, the second to cubic centimeters, and the third, which you must add, converts cc to L. Notice how the units cancel so you know which what to use the factor.(It may be easier to remember there are 1728 cubic inches in a cubic ft (12 x 12 x 12 = 1728).
