Solve both equations for v.
Kinematic: v=v0+at
Energy: 1/2mv^2=mgh
I have the height and time:
Hgt: 2ft
Time in second: 0.3
How do I find Velocity(v) in m/s(kinematic) and Velocity(v) in ft/s (energy)?
I'm not sure where to start.

Actually, your energy equation is wrong.
Energy = m g h + (1/2) m V^2 = constant
You need to know the value of the constant.
