moles HCl = M x L = ??
moles NaOH = M x L = ??
Which is in excess.
delta moles = (H^+) or (OH^-) depending upon which in in excess, then
M = moles/total volume in L.
Finally, pH = =log(H^+) or pOH= -log(OH^-)
