(9m+2)(m-3)
to multiply this, use FOIL method:
F = multiply first terms (9m & m)
O = multiply outer terms (9m & -3)
I = multiply inner terms (2 & m)
L = multiply last terms (2 & -3)
then add all the products. therefore,
9m * m = 9m^2
9m * -3 = -27m
2 * m = 2m
2 * -3 = -6
9m^2 - 27m + 2m - 6
9m^2 - 25m - 6
hope this helps~ :)
