    V(h,k)) = V(3,4), P(2,3).
Y = a(x-h)^2 + k.
P(2,3)
Y = a(2-3)^2 + 4 = 3,
a + 4 = 3,
a = 3 - 4 = -1.
Y = -1(x-3)^2 + 4, Vertex form.
Y = -x^2 + 6x - 5. Standard form.
-x^2 + 6x - 5 = 0,
Solve using Quadratic Formula and get:
X = 1, and X = 5.
P1(-2,-21)
P2(2,3).
    
Y = a(x-h)^2 + k.

Y = a(2-3)^2 + 4 = 3,
a + 4 = 3,
a = 3 - 4 = -1.
