just follow MDAS: Multiplication, Division, Addition Subtraction. this is the sequence that should be followed when there are multiple operations.
however, for operations involving only Multiplication and Division, you can solve them left to right. for example,
6 / 3 * 4
2 * 4 = 8
also, for operations involving only Addition and Subtraction, you can solve them as is. for example,
5 - 7 + 3
-2 + 3 = 1

in the problem, the operations involved are division and subtraction. Thus we solve this by doing division first, then subtraction. just use a calculator:

2.368 - 2.3 = 0.068
