We have two bags of marbles.
The first bag has a ratio of 2 blue
marbles to 7 red ones. The second
bag has the same ratio. If the 2nd bag
has 37 red marbles, how many blue
ones does it have?

It would help if you proofread your questions before you posted them. If the same ratio applies, why not give it just for the second bag? Data for the first bag, if identical, is extraneous.
Do you have a typo? Answer does not give a whole number of marbles.
2/7 = x/37
