I am confused, I thought these were one in the same, but as I research they are saying that they are differnt approches. Can you help me...Is cognitive therapy the same as cognitive behaviorial intervention?

I looked at the information you posted and it supports my initial thoughts; however, I am still getting feed-back that I am wrong from my team mates( we are doing a paper together)...Two of them say that they want to do the paper on cognitive behaviorial therapy, two on cognitive therapy, and one on cognitive behaviorial interventions...I wrote stating that Cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral intervention are all the same;
Cognitive behavioral therapies can be defined as those interventions with the

core assumptions that what individuals think directly impacts how they feel and what

they do (Graham, 2002)
