Velocity walking on sidewalk=velocitysidqalk+velocitywalking
= distance/time1+distance/time2
= distance/167sec+ distance/110 seconds
= 110 distance+167distance/(110*167)
or 277 *distance/(110*167)
or
distance/timewalkingonsidewalk=above
timewalkingonsidewalk=110*167/277
= distance/time1+distance/time2
= distance/167sec+ distance/110 seconds
= 110 distance+167distance/(110*167)
or 277 *distance/(110*167)
or

There's an error to your formula. (167*110) should be on the top, not the bottom of the fraction. If it's on the bottom you would be doing 277/18370 = 0.015 instead of 18370/277 = 66.31.
