I need help, I don't understand this at all! I want to use Orange Juice. So what do I do?

Try the easy case of pure water.
[H+]*[OH-] = 1.00*10^-14
[H+] = [OH-] since there are no other ions present
Solve for [H] and use the definition of pH
For other compounds, you will have to use additional dissociation or equilibrium constants to get the pH
