To an element x(at.no=70)y(at.no=120)is added,if the ratio of atoms should be 1:10E7,then how many gr of y is required to 100gr of x?

It appears to me that you need atomic masses here unless the problem expects us to add the number of neutrons to x and y to make an educated guess as to the atomic mass.
