does anyone know a website that i can recover deleted photos for free when i download i see my pic go through then when i want my pictures to save them they say i have to pay does anyone know one that doesnt have to pay if i want to save them thanks

Your post is not very clear. Perhaps if you used capital letters and punctuation properly, we could understand exactly what you are asking about.
There are at least two good places I know of online where you can save photos:
Picasa: http://www.google.com/intl/en/about/products/index.html Find Picasa on the right and down a bit. (You can also search for images/photos by clicking on Images, on the left.)
Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/
