The period of a sine or cosine curve
= 360°/k , where k is the coeffiecient of the angle
e.g. your 1st question
y = sin 2x , k = 2
period = 360°/2
= 180°
or in radians:
period = 2π/k = 2π/2 = π
do the others the same way.
Identify the period in degrees and radians:
y = sin2x:
y = cos(3/2)x:
y = 2sin(1/2)x:
y = 1.5cos0.25x:
