    Multiply both sides by (3x+11)
(x-3)(x+1) = 0
x=3 or x = -1

(x-3)(x+1) = 0
x=3 or x = -1

    Try 7
[(7-3)(7+1)/(21+11) ] = 0
no way

[(7-3)(7+1)/(21+11) ] = 0
