Do you mean molal concn of 6.25m?
6.25 m means 6 .25 moles/1000g solvent.
grams solute = 6.25*40 = 250 grams.
Total mass of solute + solvent = 1000 + 250 = 1250 grams soln.
volume = mass/density = 1250g/1.30 = ??
M = moles/L soln.
