To Damon, if available, this is my last question in this subject..for me very confusing..don't know where to start or what I'm looking for.
Do you see an overall vision, or approach to command
and strategy, in Ulysses S. Grant's actions as overall
military commander of the Union? To answer in detail.

Don't understand the overall vision-approach part. Know about his great tactics as commander, but what, in detail ???

Keep them on the run. Never let up. Keep attacking and force them to respond until they run out of men, material, and will.
