A gas fills 80ml at 740mm. what volume will it have at standard pressure?

PV = nRT
P = 740/760 atmospheres.
V = 0.080 L.
solve for n
R = 0.08205 L*atm/mol*K
T = not given so use anything but use the same T here that you use in the next run. I would use 273.
Now substitute n into
PV = nRT.
Standard P = 1 atm
V = solve for V. The answer will be in L.
n = use from above.
T = 273.
There is a much easier way to do it.
P1V1 = P2V2.
Use P1=740
P2 = 760
V1 = 80
V2 = solve for this.
You may want to do it both ways to verify that the answer is the same. One note: the answer the first way will be in liters and the answer the second way will be in mL.
