Technically this problem can't be worked without know the density of the solution or the final volume. We will assume that the final volume is 1L.
moles HCl = grams HCl/molar mass HCl.
Then M HCl = moles/L soln
Finally, pH = -log(H^+)
moles HCl = grams HCl/molar mass HCl.
Then M HCl = moles/L soln
Finally, pH = -log(H^+)
