This answer doesn't tell how to prepare it and I don't think the number is right.
2 x V1 = 0.1 x 1000
V1 = 0.1 x 1000/2 = 50 mL.
To prepare, accurately pipet 50 mL of the 2 M NaOH into a clean 1 L volumetric flask, make to the mark with distilled water, thoroughly mix.
