My daughter has a math paper that asks to make a stem-and-leaf plot of data. I have no idea what this is!

The data is breeds of dogs and the weight. The plot needs to contain the data about the dogs, with one stem labeled 0. I'm not sure how to put the data together in the stem-and-leaf plot.
