Amber, I'm not sure if my solution is correct but I will take a stab at it.
Your problem was:
2/5(5x-3)-1/3(12x-5)
2x-6/5-4x+5/3
-2x-18/15+25/15
-2x+7/15
Your problem was:
2/5(5x-3)-1/3(12x-5)
2x-6/5-4x+5/3
-2x-18/15+25/15
-2x+7/15

You made a mistake bobpursley in solving Amber's problem.
6/5 does NOT equal 6/15! 6/5=18/15 Therefore your calculation in line 2 of your solution is incorrect!
It SHOULD read:
-2x+1/15(-18+25)
-2x+7/15
