I don't know why on earth I don't remember how to do this, but I can't, and it's so simple.

Calculate [H+] and [OH-] of a solution with a pH of 9.7

pH+pOH=14

since,
pH=-log[H+]
pOH=-log[OH-]

therefore,
[H+]=10^(-pH)
[OH-]=10^(-pOH]
