How many mL of a 4.7 M HNO3(aq) solution are required to make 500 mL of a solution with pH=2.10

Convert pH of 2.10 to (H^+) which is the same as (HNO3) since HNO3 is 100% ionized. Then the dilution formula is
c1v1 = c2v2
