How do you balance the equation when citric acid is added to NaOH?

Citric acid as a formula to complicated to write on the board. Let me just call it H3C.
H3C + 3NaOH ==> 3H2O + Na3C
H3C + 3NaOH ==> 3H2O + Na3C
