Determine all values of x for which each function is discontinuous.

F(x)= 3x+4 / 4x^2 - 2x -2

I have a feeling you meant to say

f(x) = (3x+4)/(4x^2 - 2x - 2)

which is
(3x+4)/(2(2x^2 - x - 1))
= (3x+4)/((2(2x + 1)(x - 1))

This is discontinuous at x = -1/2 and x = 1
