Is it possible for an electron to have n=2 l=1 m=-2? EXPLAIN PLEASE

No. m can have values from -l to +l (-ell to + ell) so for l = 1, m may be -1, 0, or +1 but not + or -2. L must be 2 for m to be -2 or +2.
