What is the volume of a square pyramid with base edge 2cm and height of 2cm.
I came up with 8 cm^3

No,
as in your other post, you are not using the correct formula for the volume of a pyramid
It is (1/3) base x height
= (1/3) (2^2)(2)
= 8/3
