So ll the points whose distance from the point (3, -2) is 10 would be the circle

(x-3)^2 + (y+2)^2 = 100
when x = 9

36 + (y+2)^2 = 100
(y+2)^2 = 64
y + 2 = ± 8
y = 6 or y = -10

looks like choice #1
