    Multiply first equation by 2.
10x + 2y = 2
10x + 12y = 2
Subtract first equation from the second.
10y = 0
y = 0
10x = 2
x = 1/5

10x + 2y = 2
10x + 12y = 2
Subtract first equation from the second.
10y = 0
y = 0
10x = 2
x = 1/5
