Is the a a part of the sentence or is it the beginning of a series of questions. If a part of the sentence the only words I can think of that might fit there are fraction or ratio. The ratio of moles A to moles C = w/y.
To convert from moles A to moles of C, one would use ??moles A x (y/w) = xxmoles C
