It acts just like NH3 does as a base.
NH3 + HOH ==> NH4^+ + OH^-
C6H5NH + HOH ==> C6H5NH2^+ + OH^-
NH3 + HOH ==> NH4^+ + OH^-
C6H5NH + HOH ==> C6H5NH2^+ + OH^-
