How many electrons in an atom can have n=3, ml=+1 and ms=+1/2

Wouldn't that be two electrons?
Those two would have
n=3
l=1
m<sub>l</sub> = 1
m<sub>s</sub> = 1/2
and
n=3
l=2
m<sub>l</sub>= 1
m<sub>2</sub>= 1/2
Note: For n=3, l may also be 0 but m<sub>l</sub> may be only 0 so 1 is not a possibility
Those two would have
n=3
l=1
m<sub>l</sub> = 1
m<sub>s</sub> = 1/2
and
n=3
l=2
m<sub>l</sub>= 1
m<sub>2</sub>= 1/2
