What is the least integer value of x such that |2x + 7| is < or equal 16?

2x+7 </= 16
2x </= 9
x </= 4.5 so x</= 4 (to left of or at 4)
then
-2x-7 </= 16
2x+7 >/= -16
2x >/= -23
x >/= -11.5 so to right of or at -11
