There are a lot of benefits and challenges of the technology based communication. The e-mail is used everyday to help people communicate. It helps everyone even doctors, nurses, physicians, and the entire healthcare professionals communicate with each other on their own time and can see what is going on with one another and don’t have to be by one another. This can also help the environment by stopping them from wasting paper and can help the organization to save money so they don’t have to buy the supplies that they need to write, or print paper out and use ink and paper up when they can just easily e-mail. The challenges that may occur with the e-mail is that they computer may have a virus or get shut down for any reason and they can not communicate with the e-mail. Another is that is when people write or for the reason type they may say it in a way that can be offensive and taken in the wrong way, such as writing or typing in all capital letters that can be taken as yelling if you were in person. It is better to save all the misunderstandings by typing your points clear and straight forward so they person who receive the e-mail can understand what is being said and there is no misconceptions and there is no time being wasted and that time can be given for the care of the patients.

What effect will the current governmental initiatives that focus on expanding health care coverage to more Americans have on health care costs and health care services in the United States? What would you add or subtract from the recently approved healthcare bill?
