I need help with a question to do with ratios and electron dot diagrams. Can anyone help me? PLEASE

Post your problem. Be specific about what you need. It is difficult to draw Lewis electron dot diagrams on these boards. I can do some of the simple ones. More complicated ones must be explained since it's almost impossible to make the spacing come out right when we type them in.
