I agree. A bulletin board should concentrate on only one idea. If it has more, the message isn't as effective.

I'd say you need to have one unifying theme and try to "get across" as many ideas as possible -- BUT they have to be unified in some way or the board won't be effective at all.
I'd go with A, unless you find something else in one of these websites.
