I don't know what "@" means, but I will guess that it means squared. Online "^" indicates an exponent, e.g., x^2 = x squared. Although you have not asked the question, I am guessing that you want to factor that formula.
6b^2 + 7b + 2
Find two possible factors for the end terms (6,1 or 2,3) and (2,1). How can you combine their products to add to seven?
(2b+1)(3b+2)
I hope you can post you next questions more clearly, so we don't have to guess what you want.
6b@ + 7b +2
