The rule of judicial precedence does not exist in Russian, so the judge of the courts can really do whatever they want, taking the time they want. Prosecutors can really argue just about any crime and punishment can apply.
Courts in Russia can be delayed, delayed, delayed, so that those with power can wait until a favorable ruling can be issued.
So in this, choose what you want as the outcome, anything is possible in Russian courts.
