Yes that website would work but my teacher said we werent aloud to use wikipedia.

Here's a hint about how to find a website that isn't Wikipedia.

Find the information you need in Wikipedia, then Google that information to find other websites. For instance, I Googled European Parliament Strasburg and found this site that lists Strasburg and two other cities in which Parliament meets.

Another thing to keep in mind about Wikipedia articles is that there are almost always <b>External links</b> at the bottom of each webpage. Be sure to check them out.
