My question is what country's capital is in the terra fria zone and there are 3 answers, I don't know which one is correct. They are Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador. Can you please help me choose the right one?

How does your book define "tierra fria" zone? According to this website, this zone ranges between 6,000 and 12,000 feet elevation.
