Does the first mean that it cannot be a queen and a heart? If so,
3/52 + 13/52 or 4/52 + 12/52 = 16/52 = 4/13
King of clubs = 1/52
3/52 + 13/52 or 4/52 + 12/52 = 16/52 = 4/13
King of clubs = 1/52
