please explian thanks :) when talking about stocks the word proceeds refers to the amount of money that the borrower receives at the time a discounted note is made. (thats what I think anyways) but the trouble is I need to pick from these choices...
1. the fee the stockbroker charges to assist with the sale or purchase of stocks.
2. the amount an investor is earning on a stock as compared with other investments
3. the amount of money an invesor receives after selling a stock
I sort of think it's #3
