How would you prepare 1.00 liter of a 0.18 M solution of NaOh?

I would do this:

massNaoh= molarity*volume*molemassNaOH

= .18*1*figureitout

then, add the NaOH to 1 liter of water, stir until dissolved, label the container with contents, concentration,date prepared, hazards, and storage requirements if needed.

This was a test question often on my tests, and a lab quiz.
