    Ratio of area of similar polygons is the square of the ratio of the sides.
So
4² : 5²
=Area : 700
Cross multiply to get
Area = 4²*700/5²=448 cm²

So
4² : 5²
=Area : 700
Cross multiply to get
Area = 4²*700/5²=448 cm²
