Find the value of x (to 2 decimal places) when y is a minimum, using a while loop. Format the answer, e.g., "At x=ii.ii, y=jj.jj is a minimum". Plot the function.

y = x^2 - 4x + 2

Y = X^2 - 4X + 2.
Ymin occurs at the vertex.
V(X,Y) = V(h,k).
h = Xv = -b/2a = 4/2 = 2.00,
Ymin = K = 2^2 - 4*2 + 2 = -2.

V(2,-2).

Alternate Method:
dy/dx = 2x - 4 = 0,
2x - 4 = 0,
2x = 4,
x = 2.00
