He bought X roses, and (X + 3) Daises.
3X + 2(X + 3) = $21,
3X + 2X + 6 = 21,
5X = 15,
X = 3,
3X = 3*3 = $9. = Cost of roses.
3X + 2(X + 3) = $21,
3X + 2X + 6 = 21,
5X = 15,
X = 3,
3X = 3*3 = $9. = Cost of roses.
