    The diagonals are perpendicular bisectors of each other and form 4
congruent rt triangles and each side is
a hyp.
a = 12/2 = 6.
b = 16/2 = 8.
c^2 = a^2 €+ b^2,
c^2 = 6^2 + 8^2,
c^2 = 36 + 64 = 100,
c = 10 = Length of each side.
