if an angle has 40DEGREES and 80 dgrees what is the missing number?

Umm I think Its 60, if I know what you mean, if its a triangle. ( learned that if you press alt and 0176, it will give you the degree sign.
A triangle is 180°.
You take 40+80, and get 120.
So then you take 180-120, and get 60°.
A triangle is 180°.

If your figure is triangle sum of angles must be 180°
40°+80°+x=180°
120°+x=180°
x=180°-120°
x=60°
40°+80°+x=180°
120°+x=180°
x=180°-120°
x=60°
